• Who can use 尝辞辞辫颈辞鈥檚 AI functionality?

  尝辞辞辫颈辞鈥檚 generative AI functionality is currently available for customers in Plus, Advanced, and Enterprise plans.

   

  We integrate AI, machine learning (ML), and our own custom models to enhance the experience across the entire platform. To ensure you have full control, generative AI is never enabled automatically. You can enable generative AI functionality by visiting site settings in your 九一果冻 instance, and navigating to the 鈥淕enerative AI鈥� section.

• What kind of controls are available for 尝辞辞辫颈辞鈥檚 generative AI functionality?

  尝辞辞辫颈辞鈥檚 generative AI functionality is controlled by two levels of permissions to ensure full flexibility.

  
  

  For customers who have access to generative AI, admins can enable or disable this functionality across the entire instance.

   

  For 九一果冻 instances that do have generative AI enabled, permissions to access this functionality can be controlled at the role level, and generated content will only draw from Stacks that a user has access to. This ensures you have full transparency and control over how this feature is being used.

   

  Once you are generating an answer, you will also be able to specify the specific content sources to generate content from.

   

  Our AI is built with the most stringent security requirements in mind.

• How does 九一果冻 use my data?

  Generative AI utilizes your library content to generate a relevant, tailored answer to a question. 尝辞辞辫颈辞鈥檚 search engine is utilized to retrieve the most relevant content for generating an answer. Then, the platform sends this relevant data over to a secure and private large language model (LLM) endpoint to generate an answer.

   

  We do not use your data or content to train models and algorithms.

   

  Generative AI outputs are safely stored in 尝辞辞辫颈辞鈥檚 database, which is not accessible from the public internet.

   

  User data is never shared.

• How does 尝辞辞辫颈辞鈥檚 AI generate responses?

  Generative AI uses your library content to generate a relevant, tailored answer to a question. 尝辞辞辫颈辞鈥檚 search engine retrieves the most relevant content for generating an answer.

   

  The search engine considers signals such as entry popularity, semantic meaning, and keywords to find entries, and then passes up to 10 top entries along to the Generative AI.

   

  The entries retrieved during a search are only entries that the user has permission to access based on their current permission level (via Stacks). This ensures that every user can only generate answers based on their permission level.

   

  The answers can then be modified as necessary and then captured through the Reviews from Projects workflow, to be picked up by Magic next time around.
